Room, staff, restaurant were very good. Wi-Fi was weak with limited bandwidth compared to other placed I've stayed.

The beds were rock hard. So much so that I woke up several times both nights with pain down the side I slept on. When I shared that with the front desk staff as well as the terrible WiFi (all four of us had a very difficult time with reception the whole time in the room) they looked at me and actually chuckled. Like I was making it up to get money back!! Which I absolutely asked for seeing as one of the things I need to have a good nights stay is not having pain from laying on a bed (I’ve been in many hotels in my 40 years) and cleanliness. She tried telling me the mattresses were new. Did they forget to replace the lumpy pillows when they brought in these brand new mattresses?! She said it was funny because no one else had complained about either. Excuse me? Talk about rude! As I’m giving two valid reasons and she dismisses me?! Wow! Amazing customer service! She then tells me I’ll be getting a phone call today from the manager. Guess who never called of course… And I’ve never been in a hotel that requires the manager to let you into the pool area. I’m not even going to mention the ridiculousness of the experience with the on-site restaurant. I will say it was really clean and the hot tub wasn’t as hot as most I’ve been in. But the chlorine burned my face the second time I went in, and the pool was so absolutely frigid I couldn’t swim in it. All in all..I’d stay away..
