Elevators broken and we had to carry our luggage up several flights. I felt we should have been notified of this. It was too late in the evening to find another hotel. I just had knee surgery and it was difficult for me to climb the stairs. The clerk was courteous but said there was nothing she could do and to call the manager. Since I booked through AAA so I notified them of the issues. My husband was sick after eating the breakfast. He had no other symptoms but gastric and felt it was something he ate there. There was one waffle maker and you had to stand in line for 20 mins to use it. Our grandkids were with us and of course that’s what they wanted. The rooms needed updating. Don’t really recommend this hotel.

The staff was really great. The room was nice. However, the breakfast has a lot to be desired. There is only one waffle maker. The food wasn't hot and the biscuits were hard as rocks. There was a good amount of seating, but if you sit at the table with the bar stools, you will be sliding all over the place. They really need to do something to the legs on those stools.

Nice hotel, very nice staff. Quiet, pretty comfy bed too! The shower curtain was above the tub rim so water got all over the floor. Lol. I guess they don't have a problem with it, but could be a slipping hazard.
