Conveniently located within walking distance to Sonoma Square, many of this property's units have fireplaces. Relax after a day of wine tasting in the cozy courtyard complete with a fire pit. Smoke free premises. 82 units. 2 stories (no elevator), exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Pluses: Location, friendly & competent check-in staff. Nearby free parking. Complimentary breakfast - very minimal. Beds & pillows clean and comfortable. Ample paper hot cups and plastic cold cups. Clean and fresh face cloths & towels. Clean microwave oven and mini-fridge. Natural fireplace with complimentary Duralog. Free WiFi. Iron & mini-ironing board. Clean swimming pool, hot tub and steam room, but unable to use because the temperature outside too cold in November. 2-for 1 wine tasting offer on the room cardkey at a local winery and olive processor. Regular and decaffeinated coffee K-Cups provided. Free wide screen TV with limited cable-only channels. Wonderful water; it must be softened because skin keeps soft. Minuses: Housekeeping could be much better. Swabbing the handicap bar near the toilet upon arrival yielded brown stains on the cloth (possibly feces). Clock radio worked CLOCK ONLY, no radio. Carpeting poorly vacuumed and smelled musty. Breakfast could have been a little more extensive to include cooked bacon & sausage, as well as eggs, pancakes or waffles. Lobby where the breakfast buffet is served can get a little crowded, and limited seating is available. Coffee maker, a generic Keurig rip-off, broken with an inoperative power switch. The result is that the water never gets heated to percolate through the K-Cup pod. Some instructions on how to brew coffee would be helpful. Tea and hot chocolate K-Cups would be nice. Toilet paper is 1-ply; 2-ply (like from Costco) would be better.
