TV did not work. Thermostat control was not readable. Bathroom fan did not remove shower moisture.

We woke up in the morning to no water. When we called the front desk they said a main line had burst and they were working on it. They told us it would be fixed within the hour. An hour passed and we called again. They told us it was being worked on and again told us another hour. A third call an hour later and now they discovered a second burst line and it should be fixed shortly. After waiting for over 3 hours, we gave up and left with no showers and no breakfast. We had already missed our scheduled boat trip.When requesting a refund at checkout, we were told they can only refund half of our bill. We contacted Best Western the next day, and they said all they could do was add some points to our account.
