After a busy day exploring Hershey, come back to your hotel room to watch your favorite show on the 37-inch flat-screen TV from an upholstered easy chair or sofa bed. Just off of the lobby is a two-computer business center, 24-hour market and small breakfast area that offers waffles, eggs, and fresh fruit each morning. Hotel smelled disgusting like a sewer on first floor by the elevator.
The price at checkout was significantly more than advertised on AAA app. Weird smell throughout the hotel.
I never write reviews but I felt like I had to for this one. The hotel itself was in a decent location since it was only 15 minutes from Hershey and the staff were pleasant but everything else was extremely disappointing. First the entire hotel smells of stale air and cigarettes; lobby, hallways, and rooms. Second it was dingy and dirty in the hallways and elevator. On the third floor next to the elevator there was a Qtip in the corner and the floor of the elevator looked like it hadn’t been swept or cleaned in some time. Third; the bathroom in our room looked like it needed repairs due to the shower rod looking like it was ripped off the wall and then put back up with a terrible spackle job. The sheets looked clean which is honestly the only reason we spent the night there and because we checked in late at night and were exhausted. My brother also stayed in another room and he had a similar experience. I felt horrible suggesting that he book the same hotel as us. And lastly I definitely read the reviews and they seemed to be normal and positive and it was a diamond rated place on AAA. But that was not our experience. Hopefully they correct these problems soon.
