Yes, after arriving at the Henderson Comfort Inn around 3:30p, my husband and I were greeted by a note on the elevator door stating that there was no plumbing until 5p. I, in particular, was not in the mood for a "no plumbing" notice after traveling for nearly 5 hours and avoiding every public restroom along the way. The staff only said, "Sorry about that," after I complained. They offered the use of their toilet, but I refused stating that I had not paid to use their public toilet, but I had paid to use my own room's private toilet. I felt cheated. They offered no other compensation except "sorry."

Nice clean hotel away from the normal hassle of Las Vegas.
After a 4 night stay, housekeeping only came once despite my asking. I had to get my own towels. Additionally, a bad fight broke out next door in the middle of the night. Cops came, it was bad and they were kicked out, but lost sleep. Not a good stay.
