The staff at the Comfort Inn were extremely friendly and pleasant. I want to give a specific shout out to Cassie, who not only ran down the hallway to assist me getting into my room because my hands were full, but even got a cold bottle of water out of the refrigerator because I had realized in that moment that the restaurant where I bought my lunch did not give me the water that I paid for. Above and beyond when it was not required.. I truly appreciate that level of customer service . Just for the friendliness of the staff alone, I would recommend this hotel. The fact that it is minutes from Mount Rushmore is a major bonus.
