We went there for a weekend get away. Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel was very clean and the staff from the front desk to all personnel were very professional and respectful. I would highly recommend to anyone that is going up to North Conway, N.H. To stay their.

Nice hotel. Generally clean. Breakfast was ok. Customer service fluctuates between great & not so good from morning to evening. Several times during the afternoon & evening hours guests couldn't find front desk staff at all. Morning staff were amazing. Friendly & professional. The rooms were pretty much what I'd expect for this level of hotel. Water pressure & temperatures were ok. Although some in other rooms complained to the front desk of not having hit water for a while. The walls are very thin. You hear everything. But good fit light sleepers. Location is nice. Close to a few stores, restaurants, & gas stations. Being between Bangor & Bar Harbor can give you options, but traffic on the main road can be horrible at times. To be expected in a small touristy town. Overall, it's a good average hotel.
One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in in a long time. The elevator was broken which was kind of a bummer but they offered to have someone help us up to the third floor with our luggage. Breakfast is hot but nothing great. Great mini golf course on the premises. Close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.
