Wasn't the cleanest, the ac in my room did not work properly as it could not be adjusted and appeared broken. The shower was also broken because the metal piece would not stay up and was rather loose. The pool wasn't very clean,noticeable stains in the pool. I saw what I believe to be bed bugs on one of the pillows. Sheets weren't very clean there were black specs and particles under the comforter & on the sheets. Customer service was decent and rather noteworthy. I dislike the fact that the AAA website did not list tourism tax, quoting me several dollars less than what I actually paid. The hotel held a one day's total + tax the day prior to my arrivals then charged me the full total in addition to the prior day's amount + authorized anoth $70 extra for what they say proves I could pay for the room...? It was rather annoying & none of this was communicated with me. One of the better things about the hotel, for me was the location as it's close to the outlet, which was great & it's in close proximity of several restaurants.
