The reserved room was not ready although clean when available. The heater was not working properly and the evening was chilly. However, the lady in charge of breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
This was totally out of their control, but the power went out for 4 hours while we were there because of a storm. We just didn’t sleep well for that reason. The front desk employees were exceptionally nice and personable, and all of the other employees we encountered all seemed to be very friendly, too!
