The paint in the bathroom was peeling. The toilet was on an angle. There were rust stains in the bathtub.. Pictures in the place where crooked.. There was dirt in corners.. There was food crumbs in the air conditioner.. Shelf in closet was hanging from the wall.. Peeling wallpaper throughout the hallway.

No security lock on exterior door; no working ice makers; hallways and stairwells were filthy; found dirty towel in bathroom; outdated.
