Unfortunately the halls were dirty. The carpets were filthy and when we walked in to our room there was some of the gross stuff in the hall on the tile and it was really sticky. I would not go barefoot. There was no one to work the breakfast. No coffee or OJ.

When we arrived, 30 minutes ahead of check in time, we were not explained that the elevator was not working and the rooms on the 1st floor were not ready to be checked in. We were placed on second floor which was fine but the stairwell was dirty and smelled of urine. The carpet in the room and halls needed cleaned. We only stayed one night. When in the morning we went for breakfast and it was shut down and no service or food. We were told the person responsible for preparing breakfast did not show up. and then there was no coffee in the lobby upon leaving. Will never stay again and will be contacting AAA!!

The hotel elevator was NOT working it was under construction and they did not inform us until we had our luggage and asked where the elevator was located. We’re in our 70’s and we cannot carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The desk chair seat cushion was in disrepair. The toilet was not working well. The ice machine was broken and located on the first floor. They had no ice available even during breakfast hours. The evening desk clerk was flustered and dismissive of our needs. The morning clerk was sympathetic and apologetic.
The employees were very nice but the hotel was dirty and had an issue with rodents. Also a few homeless people were outside of it living in the wooded area right across from the hotel.
