We did not have HOT WATER in the bathroom. We told the front test at 6pm of the problem. They checked other rooms and found that everyone did not have HOT WATER. They texted someone to correct the problem. When we checked out at 8 AM the next day we still were without hot water. They said maintenance would arrive after 9 AM. THEY SAID THEY MIGHT GIVE US A 40% Discount if the owner approved it. We never got it.

The cost of the second night was a expensive . The csrpet was torn and stsined & some plaster in bathroom was peeling. Staff was very welcoming & helpful. Breakfast could have has fruit instead of fruit juice , but hot & good. Super coffee. Would give 4 stars if price adjusted due to wear & tear of room.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and breakfast staff were were there to help and very nice.
