These folks were genuinely nice and helpful, facilities were beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great and the attendant took the time to help my special needs daughter fix her breakfast. Thank you guys, I'm very impressed
Customer service was good.
Overall the hotel was a great value and a nice place to stay. The room and linens were clean. The lobby well lit, roomy. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was warm and tasty. It is convenient to most things in Covington. There was no smoke smell anywhere which is important to me. It was undergoing a remodel project when I was there but the work did not interfere with my stay. I am not giving it five stars at this time only because of a few minor things. The third floor ice machine was out. I just had to go to a different floor for ice. I had to extend my stay a few hour after checkout and the new room had a bathroom exhaust fan that didn’t work. The plug outlet on the bedside lamp didn’t work. I did mention it to them upon checkout. They appreciated the information and wrote it on their maintence list.
