The hotel is adjacent to an urban walking path that leads to Falls Park. The even-numbered rooms have a lovely river view and the 4th floor rooms have vaulted ceilings. Smoke free premises. 71 units. 4 stories, interior corridors.

The hotel was clean but a little dated. The breakfast was very good and the attendant was very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, but the workspace was small and not all of the outlets worked.

Although our room was clean and tidy there were no towel bars in the bathroom so no where to place a hand towel or reuse a bath towel. The price seemed a little high for one night.
