Customer service skills were bad, elevator didn't work, room was not very clean and breakfast was not ready at 7am when it was supposed to start and we weren't downstairs until 715 and it still wasn't ready.

The rooms are in need of significant updating - the furniture was actually missing drawers, carpets are stained beyond needing just a cleaning and the toilet had mold around it and needs new caulk. The breakfast was the only decent part about this stay. AAA should never recommend this to anyone!
