First visit, I could tell my room wasn't vacuumed. Hoped that was an isolated issue. Second time, 2 weeks later, dirty room, TV didn't work, bedside phone didn't work. All they had to offer was switch of room or $10 credit. I ended up staying somewhere else that night.
