Convenient location but they did not offer concierge services When I asked front desk about dining they told me you wouldn’t want to eat around here I am hard of hearing and wear hearing aides and they have a self playing piano in the lobby which was nice BUT WAY TOO LOUD it was hard to have conversations not only myself but other guests without hearing difficulties the staff trying to take breakfast orders couldn’t hear over the piano They had short staff and I couldn’t have room service every day I had to extend my stay and was quoted one price and charged another They didn’t have luggage racks You could hear the people in the rooms above you very clearly These are just a few complaints off the top of my head
