Right front desk associate did not acknowledge me as I patiently waited to be called upon. Left front desk associate finished with customer ahead of me and then greeted and helped me. Meanwhile another guest walked up and right front guest associate greeted, helped, and finished with them immediately. Being ignored is horrible service. Also, we were told there was no bar soap our first night there nor was there any in our room yet housekeeping left us some the next morning.
