Very poor customer service. They acted like you were a bother, ignoring requests to find out wifi information and anything else. Lots of highway noise also.
The floor was sticky, the bath tub was pealing, there was hair stuck to the bathroom door and the heater was too loud to have on if we wanted to be able to sleep. Highway noise was bad also.
