When we arrived in our rooms (we had 2) My son pulled back the covers to discover stained sheets. He called the office and was told by Matt the desk attendant, that he had no other rooms. He then told my son to go to the office to get clean sheets. He commented that it wasn't his job to change sheets. In our other room, we arrived to a full stopped up toilet. I also called Matt. He told me he was alone and I could come and get the plunger. I refused and told him that he needed to find someone. I paid way too much for these rooms to have to be the plumber and housekeeper. I complained when we checked out. Gerry offered us 20% off. I refused. We called corporate. Waiting on a response.
