No fridge.No microwave. Broken door knob on bathroom. Breakfast horrible.
You really get what you pay for here. I don’t believe that the quality of this hotel is worth any amount of money. The hallways smelled awful. There were stains and visible dirt/dust on the carpet. Large unsightly stains on the mattress and bed sheets. We had to request room service multiple times before they gave us new sheets. Bathroom was ok except for a dysfunctional shower curtain.

It started when we walked in. My sister has breathing problems set off by strong smells so we booked a non-smoking room. First of all, we were put in the "motel" side of the hotel where we had to walk out on a balcony to get into our room instead of an inside hallway. We had to walk past all the smoking rooms where people were out there smoking. The smell drifted into our room during the night. People were out on the balcony at late hours talking, smoking, and all around making it hard to sleep. The wallpaper was peeling away in multiple places and one spot had a section where water had clearly settled and then had torn through the wallpaper. The rest of the room was fairly clean. The next morning we went down to breakfast. My sister is allergic to gluten and there was basically no options available for her to eat other than one of the few fruits left. The outdoor swimming pool was BEYOND disgusting. It was green, which I can SORT of understand if it was the middle of Winter, but it's summer when people would be out swimming. The indoor pools werent much better. The smaller one (not sure if it was a kiddy pool or a hot tub because I did not go in) was just as green as the outside one. The larger one which I saw kids swimming in was so foggy it looked loaded with chemicals. The staff were friendly, I will give them that and the check-in/out experience was fairly easy. But I would never recommend this place nor will I be coming back.

Hotel was very dated but also dirty. Not kept up at all. Mold in rooms and k stall run down
