The cleaning of the room could have been better - ex. the shelf holding the towels had not been dusted for a while. The thermostat made loud clicking noise every time the A/C kicked on. Asked a fellow traveler and he said that happened in his room as well. Not a 4 Star hotel.

The people there were nice and helped me fix the screw up in booking where instead of booking two people in one room they booked two rooms
Great location next to Annapolis Towne Centre among other nearby attractions. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was comfortable though when we tried to unload the car and get to our room there were no luggage carts anywhere. Breakfast buffet on Sunday morning had nice choices but the food was cold.
