The lobby is spacious and has a light-colored modern décor. When you check in, you should ask for one of the delicious DoubleTree chocolate chip cookies. Rooms with king-size beds have sofa sleepers. Smoke free premises. 306 units. 6 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

The walls are incredibly thin. I could hear the phone conversation in the next room as if I was standing next to her. Could also hear her dogs barking. There were no hand towels. No drapes only thin shears, so if you are sensitive to light at night and want a dark room then this is not the place for you.

Highly disappointed. We felt like the hotel was poorly maintained and on the verge of closing. The hotel of last resort when there is nowhere else to stay. Hot tub not working, button on the elevator not working, common areas not clean, paint peeling everywhere.. Upon arriving people were complaining about the cleanliness of their room with staff. Any time I was in the lobby there was some sort of conflicts. Terrible that Doubletree would put their employees in that situation. When we checked out about 6:30ish there were no carts available for all our belongings. Two security guards were walking around the parking lot collecting items that appeared to be from inside the hotel ie a lamp. Normally we enjoy DoubleTree but would never stay at this location moving forward without any major changes.

I was disappointed with the hotel. The hotel is old and needs a renovation. You would have thought this was subpar hotel vs. a Hilton. Tried to call the front desk several times and no one answered. Housekeeper did not want to give me clean towels. Was very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel was okay. the toilets are very, very low, they need to upgrade them. The breakfast was okay, but the price was really to high in my opinion. Some of the rooms have bed bugs especially rooms 300 and 301 I know for a fact.
I have stayed at that DoubleTree Hilton in the past, and the cost is much more economical when I come out to do business. However, I have noticed from this time to the past, up keeping is not at a standard I think it should be. Also, housekeeping is not observant to cleaning up areas in which hotel guest have put trash outside their doors or forks left along the hallways. Which I had to inform the front desk of this issue about trash in front of the hotel guest room who continued to add trash to the front of their door. Lack of professionalism and or observation in an establishment branded as Hilton is below average.
There was no hot water the first morning. Our room really wasn’t much different than a Motel 6 room. It was okay, Just expected better.
