The good news is this hotel is about to get a make-over according to management. It needs more staff in the restaurant, way better signage inside and from the street and the interior is pretty scuffed up. We were solicited in the parking lot and the nearest door was locked. All these issues are due to be addressed soon, they tell us.

This hotel is in a great location, with wonderful views of the city/river. The check in/parking process was simple and fast. A few areas for improvement: 1. The toilet in our room had an issues with "running". 2. The shower in our room made a load screeching noise when in use. 3. There were a couple homeless folks hanging by the hotel elevators who aggressively approached me for money.
