This modern hotel is conveniently located on the south end of town with easy access to Carlsbad Caverns. The spacious, upgraded suites are perfect for families. Smoke free premises. 91 units. 3 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Good and pleasant service. The breakfast bar was great! We only encountered one problem in that 2 lights were out in the bathroom and that could not be fixed until the next day but we were offered a room change.

The hotel was good, but I have stayed in better others.
The TV did not work in the room and we had to be moved another room. When we came back from dinner the TV would not work in the new room. If we did not have to be up early and we had already set up or the next morning I would have them them move us again. When we got up the next morning all packed to go the elevator as not working and had to carry every thing down 3 flights of stairs. When we talked to the front desk to talk to the owner or get an email to send to the owner I was told that they would not do that as the owner was not to be disturbed. The food for the breakfast was terrible.
