I reserved a double queen room. In the morning my flight had been delayed so I called and let them know we wouldn't be coming in till late and to make sure they would still hold our queen double. They assured me they would as long as I checked in before 3am. I arrived closed to midnight. The only room they had available was a king executive suite with a very uncomfortable pull out double. But it's okay they wouldn't charge me for the "upgrade" to the executive suite. How is that an upgrade? But at least they offered me free water what a joke!! Oh and I could open a rewards card and they could give me extra points.
