Staff was fantastic, not so great at front desk. The front desk staff told me they send out receipt e-mail before I even checked out. Never received it.
This hotel is outdated and in need of a facelift. While the room overall felt clean, it was dingy and you could tell is in need of some TLC. On our day of checkout, I also noticed that there was mold in the ceiling light of the bathroom. To me, it was not worth the price of $200/night to find mold in our room. We notified the staff upon checkout, but I would not stay here again.

I would definitely recommend this Fairfield!..this is the second this week we have stayed here and the customer service is amazing!..On last Sunday when we checked in Amelia the supervisor let us know that we couldn’t check in on time due to our room not being ready but we were early!..then upon check in David took great care of us and was so professional, polite and patient with every customer! Kudos to the cleaning crew that was short staffed the worked tirelessly to get rooms ready! So thanks again Amelia for taking care of my wife and I from Albuquerque!. We will stay with you again when we come back through Phoenix!
