I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, my room was never cleaned. When I spoke to the manager, she told me my room would be cleaned on the 4th night, it never was. When I checked out, I spoke with her again and told her of my disappointment and she showed no empathy or concern. I told her the next time I was in town I would stay at a Hilton and she replied, that's your choice. Customer service is dead at this establishment. I would caution anyone to reconsider this hotel, not friendly and the manager could care less about your issues, bad place to stay!
