Reserved in advance a handicap room with a roll in shower on the first floor for my 88 year old Mom along with adjoining room. We arrived and were informed our room was given to someone else. We were sent to the 4th floor. We walked in to the queen room and there was no air conditioning unit in the wall and the room was very warm. My Mom couldn't take a shower during our stay, she couldn't get in the tub safely. All three beds and pillows were so old and uncomfortable that none of us were able to sleep. We were there to spread the ashes of my sister and Dad, so the trip was a sad one. Then, the accommodations we received were so awful, it really made our trip much worse. I was advised by the front desk to send an email to the manager which I did before we checked out. She hasn't had the decency to respond. We will never stay at Marriott owned hotel again.
