I booked a standard room but then realized I needed the suite room because of back issues I needed the couch fo sitting during the day. They changed at no charge. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and even though there was a no cancellation policy they did not charge us for the second night. Great cutomer service!
Blinds in room could not be raised or lowered causing us to live in a "cave" whenever we were in the room during the day. Breakfast was cold and microwave did not work. Housekeeping staff did not fulfill requests for supplies completely.
