Located on the southern edge of town, the hotel was renovated in 2021 and has comfortable rooms with plenty of outlets and bright bathrooms. It's a favorite of the Stephen F Austin University crowd. Smoke free premises. 79 units. 3 stories, interior corridors.

My wife got sick while we were there. The hotel allowed us to extend our stay and repeatedly asked how she was doing. The breakfast staff did not speak English, making communication virtually impossible.
When we arrived at the hotel our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order. We stayed in the room the first night but the hotel manager was kind enough to move us to the 1st floor for the remaining of our stay.
