Thanks to AAA great experience working with them the Ashtabula office is the best I will always go there for my arringments
The rooms were clean and roomy. For some reason AAA scheduled us with an extra room and will take that up with them. The young man at the desk reminded me these rooms cannot be cancelled because I paid in advance. He also said that is what I get for going with a discount travel agency. He was very rude.
Breakfast was not as good as other places we stayed.

The check in process took forever, and I mean forever. We arrived around 3PM & didn't get into our room until about 6PM. The room itself was awesome and the service (after checkin) was stellar. We had to check our early for family reasons, and that whole process...getting the money back, was lengthly & complicated.
