My hotel room smelled sour and just looked old. They really need an upgrade. There was long strings if black hair on the bathroom walls, back of door, tub and ceiling.
I gave it a one because a negative star is not available. We had a late check in( which I called the front desk 6 hours earlier to let them know) when we arrived at 10p the girl at the front desk was locking the front door (understandably) she was very pleasant. When we got to our room it only had one black out curtain panel that was fixed, could not be moved to at least the side that was closer to our bed, unbelievable. I had to open the window slightly and put the bottom of the left panel into the right side of the window I just opened and then closed the window on the panel to try and give us 10% darkness from the ever glaring lights from the front door entrance of which we were right above 😡 this place was chosen by me because it was listed as a 3 star hotel and had the AAA approved for cleanliness. Total BS. Its like the million other places you go to eat or sleep, facilities are understaffed and employees are underpaid, so no one cares or gives 100% anymore, this country has really lost its way with work ethics and care to other people. Please for the love of God, lets get back to the way Americans and America were
