I reserved 2 queen beds and my reservation receipt showed the same but when I checked in, I was given a King with a pullout couch. I was told there were no queen beds available and since I went through a third party there was nothing they could do to accommodate us. It is not the most comfortable situation to sleep on the pullout couch.
