As someone who hadn’t visited a resort before, nor had planned to stay at this resort up until 10 minutes prior to booking, it was a very positive and relaxing experience. It met our needs and many of our wants. I can’t speculate on how well it compares to other resorts. Our room was upgraded, clean with comfortable beds and if you needed anything, you had only to ask and it was delivered. The location was excellent, views were beautiful and I could hear some hall noise if it was right out side of our room, but nothing through the walls. The staff were very polite, friendly and attentive. That said, we struggled to find adequate answers to our questions about how the resort amenities worked. The front desk attendants were sometimes rushed and unclear due to trying to meet all of the resort guests needs and wants, however other staff members in less busy areas were happy to spend the time answering all of our questions in detail. Upon checkout, there was an error on our bill and instead of presuming that I was trying to pull one over on the resort, the lady at the front desk immediately pulled the restaurant receipts, adjusted the amount appropriately and thanked me for spotting and bringing the error to her attention. Overall, I would stay here again and certainly recommend it to my circle of friends.

The hotel grounds and restaurant were good. The rooms were very small, the bath had a barn type door and when you closed it, it was dirty. The mattress was very uncomfortable and broken down. The bed side table lamp had to get replaced because the shade fell off when we went to use the plug in source. The over all room was very small and had an unclean feel. Not worth the price to stay.

Our room was on the street side. Too noisy @ 2:00 am. Everything cost extra including morning coffee. Beach chairs etc…. For the cost of our room stay at least coffee could have been included.
