I will NEVER book a room from AAA again! My reservation for the first night was not used due to a canceled airline flight. We had to get in a car and travel 12 hrs at 11:30 pm to make my nephew’s wedding with his parents. We were unable to get our money returned for the first night even though we canceled in advance and stayed an extra day. We didn’t get any satisfaction from AAA or the Hilton. I’ve learned that you should only book through the hotel itself and NEVER a third party……thank you for over- charging us for a room that was never used!
