This was a disappointing experience. The bathroom door was locked when we checked in. The staff at the desk spent more time talking with friends than helping customers. We didn't expect full housekeeping for a two night stay, but the maid didn't even come in to empty the trash cans or provide clean towels. Very poor service, especially for a Hilton.
