Room was very clean. Air Conditioning was controlled from a remote area-had to keep a towel over it because the room was freezing.Went out Sunday morning, returned only to find that our towels were not removed/beds unmade. Called the front desk only to be told we needed to request that the room be cleaned. Who does that. Why would I need to request something that needs to be done anyway. So we slept in a dirty bed, but someone did come to the room with fresh towels. We decided to have dinner in the hotel, ordered salmon that was very dry and the drinks were subpar. Very unhappy that no one cleaned our room because we didn't request it.
