I must say that the towels in the bathroom were beautifully rolled and decorative, but the hairs around the rim of the tub, should have been removed. The clock was covered in dust, I had to dust it off before I could set the alarm. I only found one USB outlet, and it did not work, so because I forgot to bring a plug for the charge wire, I went to the lobby, and though there were USB portals in practically all the couches, the concierge pointed out only 3 that worked. There was a beautiful Keurig coffee Brewer, but the creamers appeared curdled and there was very few sugar packets. Thankfully, I was given 2 bottles of water on my arrival with which I was able to make a poor cup of coffee, but thankfully I had something to drink. Because the heater, though set at 80 degrees, was blowing cool air, and because the outside temperature was in the 30's, the temperature in my room was, was too cold to get into the shower. It was uncomfortably cold in my room. I just washed up and checked out.
