Our rooms were scrappy/dirty stains. The refrigerator leaked water and I fell to the floor hurt my knee & right leg, waited for security twice & they never came to our rooms. I had to ask for amenities staff never offered. Never going back
They accidentally cancelled my reservation and I had to wait along time for them to fix the mistake. After a long drive I wasn’t in the mood to argue. No complimentary nothing and no discount was even offered.
The place was top notch. We were greeted at the doors and offered assistance. Room was clean and stocked. Shower had great water pressure. When needing assistance for anything staff handled it right then. Food was good, drinks were good. We had so much fun we recommend this place to everyone!
