we stayed 3 nights - left the room daily about 11 a.m. returning after 9 p.m. - for 2 of the 3 nights room service was missed - had to have the after hours front desk empty trash - provide towels, etc. & day crew argued that the "do not disturb" sign was placed (it was until we left). Expressed annoyance @ checkout only to be told by a manager "nothing gets solved by being angry with me." I did receive discounts for the 2 nights. Too bad there are only 2 nice hotels in town - this one will not be on my "return" list.
