Located near The Outlet Shoppes at El Paso, this newly renovated hotel features spacious guest rooms with large flat-panel televisions, large writing desks and plenty of charging stations. Smoke free premises. 96 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Hotel serves a good buffet breakfast, parking is plentiful, our room was very clean. Hotel has a very modern look. Didn't try the TV. Would suggest adding an additional handicap bar in the bathtub. Freeways easily accessible. There is small outdoor shopping center about a mile away. The area around the hotel is more industrial in nature - near the Mexican/US border. We stay there because it is close to the family we visit often. The hotel has recently been remodeled. It has a pool that was being remodeled.
The basic reason for the poor review is when I arrived to check in I found this hotel was undergoing a major renovation. This information was not posted on their website. The lobby was in the middle of the renovation - difficult to walk - loud noise from the construction work in the area The amenities supposedly available (pool, business center, fitness center, convenience store) were not available. The 4th floor rooms were completed so there was no noise issue on that floor where we stayed. The eating area was on the lobby floor and that floor was undergoing renovations - lots of noise uneven walking areas. I felt sorry for the hotel employees who had to staff the lobby with all the noise and disruption. The cost of my stay for two queen beds was $850 - There were other hotels in the immediate area I would have stayed at without any disruption.
Reservation was made at the wrong hotel. I needed the holiday inn in Alamogordo New Mexico.
