The hotel lost power on our first night there. I was disappointed that they didn't have backup generators. Once the power was on I was able to see that the room was dirty. Housekeeping failed to clean our room we had to request cleaning with the night shift. The staff was not considerate to making our stay comfortable especially in the dark and cold.
