Guest units are modern and welcoming, offering all the comforts of home. The grounds include an outdoor pool, fire pits and barbecue area. The hotel hosts an evening social each Wednesday. Four-legged visitors can run at the fenced-in pet park. Smoke free premises. 197 kitchen units, some two bedrooms. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

We started on second floor and after a couple days we moved to 4th floor because of a plumbing issue. The suite on 4th floor seemed smaller. The bed is very close to the dresser which makes it harder to reach the bed on the right side. We liked the suite on the second floor better. The food personnel taking care of the breakfast each morning did a very good job. The menu was switched up and we really like the waffle maker that made 4 smaller waffles. It was a nice idea to have a soup/salad night the first week we were there. Not sure if they do that every week but they should. Not sure we totally understand the room rate fluctuating each day due to events happening in the area. We were told this happens at all the hotels.

Room was too small for a “suite”. It was very crowded for two people to be in. It was too small for the amount of furniture in the room. Fitness Room was advertised as 24 hour access but was accessible early in the morning. This required me to go to the front desk every morning to get someone to let me into the room. The Fitness Room was too small and not inviting. It shared a space with the guest laundry room and as a result, it had a strong odor of laundry soap. Pool was closed for planned maintenance during my stay. If I had known that, I would have chosen to stay elsewhere.
Air conditioning was so loud inside the room
Location was confusing and not in walking distance of anything. Had to use maps to go anywhere and back, even though I know the area pretty well. Pool was very nice.
