Overpriced, nickel and dime you ($75 for overnight Parking!!). Had to take cold showers for two days and manager never spoke with us after repeated requests. Did get $200 off but peanuts based on the nightly rate plus all the taxes, resort fee, etc. Never going back.

There's a lot they don't tell you about. We are elderly and didn't want to deal with the underground parking so we had to pay $50 a day for parking near the hotel. You can have just about anything IF YOU PAY EXTRA FOR IT! We were awakened at 7:10s a.m. by God knows who. We yelled at them to leave us alone and they left BUT they never identified themselves. The next day it was at 10 am but again, we don't know who it was. It takes forever to check-in & to check-out. Overall, it was beautiful, the weather purrfect and it was worth the extra charge for an oceanview.
