The location is great with one of North Americas best museums in close vicinity and several wonderful tea houses to visit. I love the remodeled bar with the music themed display, choice of night music played and the additional silent movie feature. The hotel offers good food and friendly services. The new snack shop is a great addition. The pool is somewhat small.

They charged me even though I didn’t stay and my insurance was suppose to protect me from it but I guess that was Bs the lady at the counter was extremely rude and didn’t offer any assistance to remedy any issue causing me not not be able to stay
