One of the very best hotel properties I ever stayed at. I told them will stay there every time I need to book a room near SJC. Love that they have concierge evening meal service onsite in addition to good selection of snacks 24/7. All for reasonable pricing.
The rooms were clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the sofa sleeper was perfect for our 2 young kids. We did not have enough linens, so we requested more to be brought to our room but they never came. Anything we needed we ended up having to go to the front desk and ask for ourselves. They did not give us the breakfast times at check in so we had to make sure to ask ourselves. We didn’t even receive an extra trash bag. They only clean rooms every 3 days which they also did not let us know. The communication could have been much better. Overall the hotel itself aesthetically was nice and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was great, better than just a continental breakfast. We requested a room with a tub upon arrival (we had 3 kids, 1 which was an infant), but they could not accommodate our request because they said they overbooked rooms with a tub. So that was something we also weren’t pleased about. We mentioned these complaints at checkout, and they did refund our parking fee, which was better than nothing.
