Everything from the shuttle driver to the hotel staff and cleanliness, and comfort of the room was excellent. I would definitely stay again, on my next trip to Phoenix!
If you just need a place to rest your head at night it's OK. We stayed in a upper floor room. Had a nice work area but the bathrooms were super small. Breakfast was the same thing each day unfortunately no variety at all. Was impressed by the room service and although we were told they would bot be attending the room each day we always came back to fresh towels and bed made.
