This modern hotel is located near the south end of town, which is perfect for anyone visiting Carlsbad Caverns. The comfortable rooms have excellent televisions. Smoke free premises. 96 units. 4 stories, interior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Quick check-in with two friendly staffers. Entered room which looked great. Because I’m vested in NLDS baseball dame, I immediately turned on TV. Remote control did not work. Called front desk and they moved me into room next door, which was great service. Settled in to watch the the game and I noticed a rhythmic sound and discovered a dripping shower head. In some places, that drip-drip is used as torture. I couldn’t ask for another room, and I could not get it to stop, so I muffled sound with one of the bath towels. Little details like this are what make bad impressions.
